Mushroom Tarragon Soup
A creamy (but non-dairy) selection made with 3 kinds of mushrooms, fresh thyme, and tarragon.
Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese
For the adults. Savory and cheesy with chunks of sweet lobster.
Sautéed chicken breast with the traditional flavors of garlic, lemons, capers and herbs de Provence.
A lighter version of a traditional dish. Mushrooms, onions, Marsala wine and sage.
Testing multiple recipes led to this version. Moist! And delicious.
Simple suppers and pastries are available for pickup.

I also now offer simple suppers and pastry pick-up on weekends. Simply place your order here, then pick up your order at my kitchen on West Point Pike between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday!
